Projects

Where power and compute come together.

Every Trustvolt project starts with a grid connection that exists or can be secured — and becomes a site where generation, storage and compute work together. Details of individual projects are shared with investors in the data room.

Project types

Three ways we build.

01

Old industrial sites, put to new use

Former power-station, steel or chemical sites with a live or reactivatable high-voltage connection. Land, grid and zoning are already in place — generation and compute are added.

02

Solar and wind parks with storage

Wind and solar parks with co-located batteries, developed to supply a campus in the same bidding zone or to sell round-the-clock power under long-term contracts.

03

Edge and industrial sites

Smaller campuses of 10–40 MW on industrial estates near cities, where heat can be delivered into district networks and latency to users is short.

Our standard

What a site has to bring.

01

Grid

High-voltage connection of 50 MW or more — existing or with a firm offer.

02

Land

10 hectares or more, industrial zoning, room to expand in stages.

03

Resource

Wind or solar on or near the site, fibre and cooling.

04

Heat

A buyer for waste heat: district heating, industry or agriculture.

For landowners

Do you own a site like this?

A former power station or industrial site with a grid connection of 50 MW or more could become the foundation of a new campus. We assess it within two to four weeks — at our cost and without obligation.

Focus markets

Six regions. One standard.

  • DACHStructural-change regions with retired thermal capacity; Frankfurt and Zurich demand
  • NordicsLow-cost hydro and wind, cool climate, strong grids
  • UK and IrelandDeep compute demand, connection reform under way
  • IberiaEurope’s best solar resource, growing interconnection
  • Benelux and FranceEstablished data-centre hubs with nuclear and offshore-wind supply
  • Central and Eastern EuropeIndustrial sites with heavy connections and available land
